"Called because the app and website weren't letting me enter my credit card as a payment option. This has happened more than once, making me late on my bills.The website is so buggy it's ridiculous. anyway, I call the office about my payment and tell them I don't feel comfortable sharing my card on the phone (I just dealt with someone stealing my CC information recently and was obviously very reluctant to do that). The person on the phone told me I could go in, but I'm not in town and told her that. She said "well I gave you all the options and you keep shutting them down" I was telling her about the website issues and how I keep having trouble with it and she started talking over me! I told her she was being rude and raising her voice at me and she said "No I'm not, I'm not rude." Why didn't she direct me to another number for customer service, technical supoort or transfer to someone else in the office that wanted to help? I told her "you know what? This treatment is ridiculous, this isn't the first time someone from this office treats me badly I'd like to just cancel my policy" she interrupted me saying "I'm hanging up now" and she hung up on me! Without helpful advice or service. What is that?! I wasn't yelling or treating her badly, yet she was so rude and condescending the entire phone call. I sent an email about the horrible treatment asking them to contact me to cancel my policy. They called me, didn't apologize for the bad treatment/disrespect or the email and said "So, you want to cancel your policy?" Worst customer service ever! I was with them for years and kept getting rude reps who were condescending and talked down at me. I would've changed my agent and kept the same policy if the website would let me log in! So I just cancelled the policy. I strongly advise that you find another office/agent, unless you like being mistreated for loyal patronage. I have never been treated as badly as I have with this agent and would never recommend his office to anyone. In fact with the buggy website and app I'm not even sure I'd recommend StateFarm at all. "Llegamos porque estaba de paso por dónde nos dirigiamos. Fue exelente el servicio al cliente desde que llegamos. Faltaba muy poco para que cerraran, sin importar eso nos recibió una de las señoritas al frente que luego nos paso con un joven que nos atendió de forma increible, a tal punto de aclarar dudas explicar beneficios si se agregaba tal o cual cobertura si nos interesaba o podia ofrecer esto otro que entonces cubria aquello que a nosotros nos interesaba y remover esto si queriamos. Agradesco que nunca puso presion o empujo por hacer la venta fue sincero y de gran ayuda. No trato de deshacerse de nosotros porque fuimos los últimos en llegar y nos despidio igual de amable que como nos recibió. Incluso los cambios que se hicieron nos favorecieron tanto en cuanto al pago que decidimos agregar otras coberturas."
